It recognises the owner as the authorised driver by detecting his unique Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) card, given to him when the system is fitted to the vehicle. In the event of theft, unless the system can detect the ADR card, a silent alert is sent to the control centre and the car subsequently tracked to its location.
Through the NavTrak Secure Operating Centres it is possible to track a stolen vehicle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
