The cover of the Sunday supplement (In Gear) dedicated to the Maserati GranTurismo entitled “Silver Bullet – The Seductive New GT From Maserati” gives a foretaste of the excellent article by Richard Bremner inside.

The English journalist who drove the Maserati sportscar on the roads of Italy’s Dolomites district comments enthusiastically on the car’s sporty performance, its style and its interior, which is elegant and never vulgar: “A pair of exclusively finished chrome and leather paddles make speedy shifts on twisting roads an easy delight to achieve, leaving you freer to explore this car ‘s excellent handling”.

“The muscular fluency of its wings, the elegant cut of its side windows and the spare use of chromium lend it
a class that genuinely challenges sister brand Ferrari”.

And Bremner concludes: “Best of all, though, is that it's as least as glamorous, exotic and alluring as you'd expect a Maserati to be”.
